First, add a cup of sugar over medium-low heat. Use a larger pan so that you can easily fit all of the ingredients.
Step 2: The Corn Syrup
Then, add one cup of corn syrup. Boil the two ingredients together. Be sure to stir the ingredients together and keep watch too.
The sugar and syrup should come to a boil within 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: The Cookie Butter
Then, remove the pan from the heat, and add a cup of cookie butter. Be sure to stir the butter until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Step 4: The Corn Flakes
Then, add 5 cups of cornflakes to the pan. You can use any brand of cornflakes. Since I was shopping for the cookie butter at Trader Joe’s, I grabbed their cornflakes for these cookies.
Be sure to mix all of the ingredients until all the flakes seem to be covered.
Step 5: Scoop the Cookies
Then, scoop as many cookies as you can. You should be able to make 26-30 cookies from this recipe.

- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Cookie Butter
- 5 cups Cornflakes
Instructions
- Over medium-low heat, boil the sugar and corn syrup. Then, remove from heat and add the cookie butter.Stir until all is a smooth consistency. Then, add 5 cups of corn flakes until all is covered evenly. Scoop 26-30 cookies and enjoy! Keep in fridge or freezer.
