First, start the recipe by placing four cups of chocolate chips into a microwave-safe dish. Then, heat the chips one minute at a time for two minutes total. Be sure to stir in between heating them for a minute at a time. Then, add thirty seconds at a time and stir until a creamy consistency.
You can use your favorite chocolate chip brand. I used the dark chocolate chips from Trader Joe’s because they are dairy-free.

Step 2: The Pumpkin & Mix
Then, add a can of pumpkin.

Step 3: Prep the Fudge
FInally, place the fudge into a 9×13 dish covered in parchment paper. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
