Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicles
Jump to RecipeStep 1: Add the Milk
Add two cups of milk in a blender or even a food processor. I used unsweetened almond milk for this ingredient. You can use your favorite type of milk for these popsicles. I have to go with a lactose-free option so I selected this.
Step 2: The Peanut Butter
Then, add a half cup of peanut butter. You can use any brand, but I would stick to the creamy version. It will be easier to blend and make for creamier popsicles.
Step 3: The Chocolate Syrup
Next, add half a cup of chocolate syrup. You could just use chocolate milk if you don’t want to add in the syrup.
Step 4: Blend
Then, blend everything together.
Step 5: Pour into Molds
Next, pour the mixture into the molds. You should easily be able to fill up six molds. There was a little leftover and my daughter happily finished it. 🙂
Step 6: Add the Chips & Freeze
Then, I used these dairy-free chocolate chips to add to the molds. I just used a quarter cup of the chips and evenly sprinkled them into the molds.
