Chocolate Banana Bark
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Bananas
In a large mixing bowl, mash four bananas. If they are ripe this process is much easier. You can use a fork or a masher.

Step 2: The Protein Powder & Mix
Then, add two scoops of peanut butter protein powder. You could also use chocolate or vanilla protein too. I just love the peanut butter one and it makes the combo so much better.

Step 3: The Milk & Mix
Then, add a splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any milk you have on hand. I would say this splash is about two tablespoons.

Step 4: The Chocolate Chips & Mix
Then, add a cup of chocolate chips. With all of our dietary restrictions, we love these chocolate chips. The mini ones are great for this bark recipe too.

Step 5: Prep & Freeze
Then, spread the bark batter on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Freeze for at least four hours if not overnight, and break up as desired. Enjoy!
You can place all of the bark pieces in a freezer bag or food storage container.
