Blueberry Breakfast Bars
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Bananas
First, preheat the oven to 350. Then, start mashing three bananas into a large mixing bowl. It is easier to mash the bananas if they are ripe. I use a fork to mash them. If you have an official masher that will be your best option!
Step 2: The Peanut Butter
Next, add a cup of peanut butter to the mix. You can use nut-free butter as well.
Step 3: The Oatmeal
Then, add two cups of oatmeal. I love the quick oats from Target. They are small enough to mix into this recipe and they bake well too.
Step 4: The Blueberries
Then, add in a pint (2 cups) of blueberries. You can use fresh or frozen. You could also substitute the blueberries for any other berries that you have. Just stick to two cups and the recipe will still be delicious.
Step 5: Bake the Bars
Then, spray an 11×7 baking dish, and evenly distribute the mixture. Bake the bars for about 25 minutes.
