Start this smoothie off with a crisp sweet apple. You can dice up an apple with the skin on it. I went with a Gala apple, but any of your favorites will work. You can go with a medium-sized apple for this combo.
Step 2: The Banana
Then, add one frozen banana to the smoothie container. I always get extra bananas to freeze for smoothies. They make for the best consistency for most recipes. Also, I used my Ninja blender for this quick smoothie process.
Step 3: The Peanut Butter
Then, add a tablespoon of peanut butter to the container. Of course, any nut or nut substitute butter will work. This is more for consistency than for taste anyways.
Step 4: The Maple Syrup
Next, add a tablespoon of maple syrup. This makes the smoothie so delicious!
Step 5: The Cinnamon
Then, sprinkle a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon into the container.
Step 6: The Protein Powder
Next, add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. I love this Orgain powder for my smoothies.
Step 7: The Milk
For the liquid, add a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. This one from Target is delicious.
Step 8: The Ice
Fill the rest of the room with ice, and blend the smoothie. Enjoy!

- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Top with Ice
