This Amazon teacher dress can be worn multiple ways beautifully. You’ll love that the material is lightweight and that you can shop your closet to switch up your look depending on the season or how you are feeling that day. This dress is lightweight and can be put on over your head, no buttons or fuss involved. Of course, you can wear this dress if you aren’t a teacher too. 🙂 This post is all about an Amazon teacher dress.
As a teacher, it’s difficult to find clothes that are formal and that don’t cost a fortune. You don’t want to spend your entire paycheck on clothes, and yet, at the same time, you want to look your best on the job. Now that Amazon Prime offers Try Before You Buy, it is so much easier to find clothes that fit your budget and look great at the same time. Plus, you can easily return them without paying for them first. It’s a great alternative to running around to stores and trying on clothes.
With this one dress, you can create multiple outfits with clothes you may already have in your closet. As someone who tries to shop my closet first, it is nice to find one piece that can be worn multiple ways. For each look, I’ll give you ways to wear this dress.

Amazon Teacher Dress
This dress is what I purchased on Amazon. I didn’t have the highest expectations, so I was definitely impressed when it arrived. The dress is very pretty, comfortable, and goes well with more items than I thought it would.
Plus, as a teacher, I like clothes to transition well from season to season. With different shoe options and jackets, this dress can be an all-school-year item.
Look 1: The Dress with Cream Heels
The dress comes in multiple colors, but I thought that the black and white option would be the most used color with what I had in my own closet.
In this photo, I paired it with cream heels. These are something that are similar, and not as high, which is better if you are on your feet all day. For an even more comfortable heel, check out these stylish Clarks.
Look 2: The Dress with Black Jacket
For this look, you can put a black jacket over the dress and really be dressed up for class. In college, my professors required us to wear jackets at all times to any classroom we were in for our internships. The tradition really didn’t leave my wardrobe. I still like wearing a jacket on most days to work.
The jacket I have on in this photo is from Target, but it isn’t still available. Here’s one that is similar from Kohl’s by Lauren Conrad.
The shoes I have on are my go-to teacher kicks from Target that they don’t have anymore, but here is a pair that is similar from Amazon by Jessica Simpson.
Look 3: The Dress with Red Jacket
For this look, you just need a red blazer or one of a similar shade. This is a Lauren Conrad blazer from Kohl’s. They no longer have this one for sale, but this one by Nine West is similar.
Also, for shoes, I have these Michael Kors mini black heels that are super comfortable and have lasted a decade. Of course, ten years later they don’t have them, but these are comfortable and lower too. A two-inch heel is doable. I wouldn’t wear heels every day, but it isn’t miserable to do it a few times a week.
Look 4: The Dress with Jean Jacket
So most of the teachers I work with wear a jean jacket quite frequently. It is an easy and comfortable look for school. This dress does look great with a jean jacket, so why not? Here’s the one I have.
For a pair of similar summer boots with an open toe, here’s a cute pair from Amazon.
