First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then, mash two medium-sized bananas—the riper, the better!

Step 2: The Oatmeal
Then, add a cup of oatmeal. I always use quick oats for this ingredient.

Step 3: The Protein
Next, add a scoop of protein powder. Peanut butter, vanilla, or chocolate protein powder tastes great.

Step 4: Prep the Cookies & Bake
Scoop cookies onto a sheet covered in parchment paper. Be sure to smash down the scoops to form a flat cookie shape.
Bake for 12 minutes.
