3 Ingredient Pancakes
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Cake Mix
First, add two cups of cake mix to a large mixing bowl. You can use whichever cake mix you prefer. I used the Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix for this batch of pancakes. A strawberry or chocolate cake mix would be just as delicious, too.

Step 2: The Milk
Add 3/4 cup milk to the mixing bowl. I used my go-to unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

Step 3: The Water
Then, add half a cup of water.

Step 4: Mix
Mix all the ingredients with a whisk or a wooden spoon. You should get a lump-free consistency before cooking.

Step 5: Start Cooking
Cook your pancakes as desired. I like them to be crispier than my kids because they like the light golden finish. Either way, you can bake them as is or add chocolate chips or blueberries to the mix. Also, my kids like a little whipped cream and sprinkles for a sweet touch.
