This 2 ingredient chocolate peanut butter fudge is so easy to make. When I think of making fudge, I think about when I would spend all day at my gram’s making it. Now, it doesn’t have to take all day though. This recipe calls for just two simple ingredients and it tastes just as good if not better than a normal fudge recipe. I don’t know about you, but I love the texture of fudge. It is so creamy and delicious. I love it, but I don’t always have time to make it. That’s when I go to this simple two-ingredient quick and easy recipe.
You can make this simple fudge recipe for any event, but it is a great gift idea too. With the Easter holiday approaching, I’ll be making this for gifts. I’ll probably pick up some Easter-themed sprinkles for a pretty finish. Just think, you are just two ingredients away from a gift that will always be opened with a smile.

2 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
For this recipe, you’ll need to have a microwave-safe bowl to heat the ingredients up quickly.
Step 1: Add the Chocolate Icing
You can start with the peanut butter or the icing, but I just always open the icing first. Be sure to use regular frosting and avoid cream cheese or whipped styles. I don’t think that the texture turns out as well with those options. I love this Rich & Creamy Betty Crocker Milk Chocolate Frosting.
Step 2: Add the Peanut Butter
Then, add in a 16-ounce container of creamy peanut butter. I always buy JIF, but any brand will work for this recipe.
Step 3: Melt It Down
Then, put the bowl in the microwave for a minute.
Step 4: Stir It
Next, using a spatula stir the peanut butter and icing together.
Step 5: Pour into Dish & Add Sprinkles (Optional)
Then, pour the mixture into a 9×7 baking dish that is covered in parchment paper. Even though the outer layer of the fudge around the dish won’t look perfect, your fudge will easily be able to come right out of the paper. After, you pour it in, be sure to add some sprinkles to make for a pretty fudge finish.
Step 6: Refrigerate
Once, you have it ready to go, put the baking dish in the fridge for at least four hours. This way you can ensure that your fudge will be the perfect texture.
Step 7: Cut and Serve
You can cut it into squares or like slivers of cake, whichever you prefer. For gifts, you could get little tins at the dollar store to put them in.
